When it comes to fall drinks, look no further than this apple cider punch that will satisfy any crowd and can be customized to the occasion. It’s a family-friendly beverage made with apple cider, fruit juice, and white sparkling grape juice. For a grownups-only gathering, simply swap the sparkling grape juice with sparkling wine to create a simple seasonal cocktail. 

Tips for Making Apple Cider Punch

Here are some tips for making a big batch of this fall drink.

  • Save steps and prepare this punch the day before by combining the first three ingredients in a large pitcher and chilling in the refrigerator. Stir the chilled punch and add in the sparkling grape juice or wine just before serving.
  • To keep the punch chilled for serving, skip ice cubes and add decorative flair by making a floating ice ring to add to a punch bowl or using smaller ice cups or shards to keep pitchers of the punch cold. 
  • Change up the flavor by using different juices, such as cranberry-raspberry or orange-mango, or add fizz with ginger ale instead of sparkling grape juice.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups apple cider

  • 2 cups orange juice, cranberry-raspberry juice, or orange-mango juice

  • ½ cup lemon juice

  • 1 750 milliliter bottle sparkling white grape juice or sparkling wine

Directions

  1. Combine Ingredients

    In punch bowl, large pitcher, or pitchers combine apple cider, orange juice, and lemon juice. Slowly add sparkling white grape juice or sparkling wine. Serve immediately. Makes 11-1/2 cups (about 15, 6-ounce servings).

For an adult punch, use chilled champagne in place of the sparkling grape juice.
